Cryotherapy
Whole body exposure to temperatures as low as minus 87 degrees Celsius for 3 to 7 minutes. Used to support recovery, reduce inflammation and ease muscle soreness. Not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, a heart attack within the last 6 months, pregnancy, or systemic lupus erythematosus: this is checked with you before every session.

Floatation Therapy
A 30 or 60 minute session in a magnesium salt bath, designed for deep relaxation. Reduces blood pressure through vasodilation and helps you reach a genuinely meditative state.
